Die faktum-b GmbH ist Teil eines seit 2007 bestehenden Single Family Office mit zwei Generationen von Vermögensträgern aus Deutschland, Schweden und Großbritannien.

Mit dem Ziel, das Vermögen zu erhalten und aufzubauen, wird mit langfristigem Anlagehorizont international investiert. Schwerpunkt sind dabei alternative/illiquide Anlageklassen, vor allem Direktinvestitionen in Immobilien und Private Equity über die Beteiligung an Fonds.

Zum Erfahrungs- und Ideenaustausch mit anderen Family Offices, Managern und Dienstleistern stehen wir gerne für einen Dialog zur Verfügung.

faktum-b GmbH is a part of a single family office founded in 2007 by two generations of family members from Germany, Sweden and the UK.

Our object is to preserve and grow capital in long-term, international investments. We particularly focus on alternative/illiquid asset classes, namely direct investments in real estate and private equity through funds.
